Pricing

$0.00052 per gig = $0.52 per 1,000

You are charged forWhenPrice
Gig returnedOne gig returned in the dataset. Duplicate ad and organic slots for the same gig are charged once. Diagnostics and the labelled sample row are not charged.$0.00052

Pay-per-event pricing: you are billed per result, not per subscription. Billing is handled by Apify on your own account. These are the live Apify store prices, in effect since 2026-09-20, and they are what you are actually charged.

Inputs

FieldWhat it doesType
searchQueriesWhat you would type into Fiverr's search box. One row per keyword. Each keyword is searched separately and the results are pooled.array
startUrlsPaste the address bar of any Fiverr listing page — a search like https://www.fiverr.com/search/gigs?query=voice%20over or a category like https://www.fiverr.com/categories/graphics-design/creative-logo-design. Any extra parameters in the address are passed back to Fiverr untouched, but be aware Fiverr ignores its own sort and filter parameters on the page it serves to a signed-out visitor — use the filters below instead. Through the API this field takes objects: [{"url": "https://..."}].array
maxItemsHard stop on how many gigs the run returns and charges for. Duplicates, filtered-out gigs and failed pages are never charged, so this is also the most you can spend.integer
maxPagesPerSearchFiverr serves 48 slots per page and stops at page 21. Around 20 of those 48 slots are advertising, and the same gig often appears in both an ad slot and an organic one, so expect roughly 30 new gigs per page rather than 48.integer
excludePromotedFiverr marks paid placements as promoted. Leave this off to get everything the page shows; turn it on to keep only organic results. Skipped gigs are not charged.boolean
proOnlyKeep only gigs from sellers Fiverr has vetted as Pro. This is a small pool — on one category page 282 of 229,525 gigs were Pro.boolean
sellerLevelsKeep only these seller levels. Leave empty for all of them.array
minRatingDrop gigs rated below this, and gigs with no rating at all. Fiverr scores out of 5 and its scores are decimals, so 4 keeps everything from 4.0 up, and 5 keeps only gigs sitting at a flat 5.0.integer
minReviewsDrop gigs with fewer reviews than this. Useful for skipping brand-new listings.integer
maxStartingPriceUsdDrop gigs whose cheapest package costs more than this, in US dollars.integer
maxDeliveryDaysDrop gigs whose cheapest package takes longer than this to deliver.integer

Fiverr Scraper: gigs with seller level, rating, starting price and delivery time

Give it a keyword or a Fiverr search or category address, and it returns the gigs on those listing pages, one row each. Every row has the gig title and link, the seller's username, level and country, the gig's own rating and review count, the cheapest package in US dollars and how fast it delivers. It only reads listing pages, so there are no gig descriptions, packages or buyer reviews, and a page yields roughly 30 new gigs rather than 48, because about 20 of its slots are paid placements that often repeat an organic gig.

InputSearch keywords, or Fiverr search and category addresses
OutputOne row per gig
Ceiling5,000 gigs per run, 21 pages per search
Account neededNone
Price$0.52 per 1,000 gigs, flat on every plan

🔍 What Fiverr Scraper does

It reads the same results pages a signed-out visitor sees, and keeps one row per gig id. Fiverr often serves a gig twice on one page, once in an ad slot and once organically; across nine pages of one keyword, 432 slots held 289 distinct gigs. The repeat is dropped before anything is written, so you never get the same gig twice or pay for it twice.

Each keyword and each address is its own search, up to 60 in a run, and maxItems is shared across them, so four keywords come back with results from all four rather than only the first.

The filters work on the rows after the page is read, and a gig they drop is never charged. On real runs, asking for top-rated sellers only returned 19 rows, all top rated, and a $30 ceiling with 2-day delivery returned rows topping out at exactly $25 and 2 days. Parameters left in a pasted address ride along untouched, but Fiverr ignores its own sort and filter parameters on the page it serves to a signed-out visitor, so use the filters here.

FieldWhat it is
gigId, gigSlug, gigUrl, gigImageFiverr's own id, the slug, the link and the thumbnail. Sellers rename gigs and Fiverr keeps the first slug, so read title for the current name.
titleThe gig title as the seller wrote it.
sellerName, sellerDisplayName, sellerUrl, sellerImageUsername, the name they show, their profile link and photo.
sellerLevel, sellerIsPro, sellerIsAgencyFiverr's level for the seller, whether they are vetted Pro, and whether the listing belongs to an agency.
sellerCountry, sellerLanguages, sellerOnlineCountry code, language codes, and whether they were online when the page was read.
rating, reviewsCountThis gig's score and review count, usually the ones you want.
sellerRating, sellerRatingCountThe seller's score across everything they sell.
startingPrice, currency, startingPriceUsdThe cheapest package in the currency Fiverr showed, and the same price in US dollars at the rate Fiverr reported on that page.
hourlyRateUsdOnly where the seller offers hourly work. Null otherwise.
packagesCount, deliveryDays, extraFastAvailableHow many packages there are, delivery on the cheapest one, and whether a rush option exists.
offersConsultation, hasSubscriptionWhether a consultation is offered, and whether the gig can be bought as a subscription.
tags, categoryId, subCategoryIdFiverr's facet values for the category, not seller tags, and its numeric category ids.
isPromoted, isFiverrChoice, isFeaturedA paid slot, the Fiverr's Choice badge, featured.
searchLabel, searchUrl, page, position, scrapedAtWhich search the row came from, where it sat, and when it was read.

🧾 Reading the output

RowHow to spot itCharged
A gigno _sample and no _diagnostic fieldyes
The sample row_sample: true and charged: false. Only when there is no keyword and no addressno
A diagnostic_diagnostic: true, ok: false, charged: false, and an errorCodeno

Real gig rows carry no charged field. The sample row has a gigId like a real one, so drop rows with _sample or _diagnostic and what is left is the gigs you paid for.

errorCodeWhat it means
NO_RESULTSThat search kept nothing. Fiverr had nothing for it, or your filters dropped every gig it showed.
BAD_URLA startUrls entry is not a Fiverr search or category address.
NO_SEARCHNothing was left to search after reading the input.
BLOCKED, NETWORK, NO_PAYLOAD, ERRORA page for that search could not be read in this run. Worth one re-run a few minutes later.

A diagnostic about one search names it in search, and one failed search does not stop the others.

▶️ How to run it

1. Open Fiverr Scraper and click Try for free. 2. Type keywords into Search keywords, or paste addresses into Fiverr search or category addresses. 3. Set Maximum gigs and Pages per search. Plan on about 30 new gigs a page. 4. If you want fewer, better rows, set Seller levels, Minimum gig rating or Maximum starting price (USD). 5. Click Start, then download the dataset as JSON, CSV or Excel.

The form arrives with logo design and 50 already filled in, so a run started without editing it is a real search.

💰 How much does it cost?

$0.52 per 1,000 gigs, flat on every Apify plan.

Not charged: repeated slots, gigs your filters drop, the sample row and diagnostic rows. maxItems is the most gigs a run can charge for, and if you set a maximum cost for the run it stops when that is reached.

💡 What people use it for

  • Pricing a new gig against what sellers in the same category start at, from startingPriceUsd and deliveryDays.
  • Shortlisting sellers for a job: top rated, under $100, delivering in three days.
  • Seeing which gigs pay for placement on a keyword, with isPromoted.
  • Mapping who sells in a category by country and language.

🚧 What it does not do

  • Listing pages only. No package comparison, gig description, gig FAQ or buyer reviews, and no seller profile

pages. What you get is what a results page carries.

  • Page 21 is the end. That caps one keyword at 1,008 slots, roughly 600 gigs once repeats are gone. Split a big

topic into narrower keywords or category pages.

  • No sort. Three different sorts came back with the same gigs in the same order, so a sort control here would do

nothing. Sort the rows yourself.

  • Fiverr never really returns nothing. A deliberately nonsensical keyword still came back with 40 gigs, because the

search falls back to loose matching. Those are real rows and they are charged, so use keywords you would type on the site.

  • startingPrice is the cheapest package, not what most buyers of that gig pay.
  • The currency can move. Fiverr picks the currency it shows, so startingPrice can arrive in EUR or ZAR. Use

startingPriceUsd if you only want one number.

  • tags differ by category, and about 6% of rows carry none.
  • Anything behind a Fiverr login.

❓ Questions people ask

Do I need a Fiverr account or cookies? No. It reads the pages Fiverr serves to a signed-out visitor.

Can I scrape a whole category? Yes. Paste the category address into startUrls and set maxPagesPerSearch. The 21-page ceiling applies there too.

Why did I get fewer gigs than pages times 48? About 20 of the 48 slots are advertising, and the same gig often sits in an ad slot and an organic one. The repeats are removed and not charged, so around 30 new gigs a page is normal.

How do I get only organic results? Turn on excludePromoted. Skipped ad slots are not charged.

Why is startingPrice in euros? That is the currency Fiverr chose for the page. startingPriceUsd carries the dollar figure at Fiverr's own rate.

🆘 If something breaks

Open the Issues tab on the actor page. Send the input you used and the run ID, and the errorCode on any diagnostic row.
