10Times Events Scraper: trade shows, conferences and expos by city or industry

Type a city, a country or an industry in plain English and you get the business events 10times.com lists there: the name, the dates, the city and country, the format, the industry categories, the follower count, the rating and the event page link. No slugs to look up, no login.

The number worth knowing before you plan a big pull: a signed-out visitor sees about 100 to 120 events per target, three pages and then it stops. That is the site's limit, not a setting here. If you want thousands of rows, pass many targets, one per city or industry, rather than one broad one.

InputCities, countries, industries, or 10times.com links
OutputOne row per event
CeilingAbout 100 to 120 events per target
Account neededNone, no login and no cookies
Price$1.50 per 1,000 events, flat on every plan

🎪 What 10Times Events Scraper does

Names are matched against 10times' own type-ahead index, which is downloaded fresh on every run and held 7,133 public listing paths when this was measured. So London resolves to /london-uk, Sao Paulo to /saopaulo-br, and banking to /finance. You can paste real 10times links instead if you already have them, including a single event page.

Listing rows carry what the search page shows. Switch on Open each event page and every event is opened as well, which adds the venue and its coordinates, the organiser, the full description, the exhibitor, speaker and review counts, the timings, the entry fee, the booth cost, the turnout estimates and how often the event runs. That is one extra request per event, so those runs take longer.

An event that turns up under two of your targets is written once and billed once.

📥 What you give it

{
  "search": ["New York", "Germany", "IT & Technology"],
  "format": "tradeshows",
  "maxItems": 250,
  "includeDetails": false
}
FieldDefaultWhat it is
searchnone, the form starts with New YorkCities, countries or industries by name. Medical & Pharma Events in USA works, and so do slugs like newyork-us or usa/technology.
formatanyNarrows a city, country or industry target to trade shows, conferences or workshops. It does not apply to anything in startUrls, which is fetched exactly as pasted.
startUrlsnone10times.com links. City, country, industry, /tradeshows, /conferences, /workshops and single event pages all work.
maxItems100Stop after this many events. This is your spending cap.
includeDetailsfalseOpen each event's own page for the extra fields listed above.
proxyConfigurationonOptional. Leave it as it is unless you need the run to go out through your own servers.

📤 What you get back

A real listing row from a recent run. With Open each event page off, the detail fields are present and null:

{

  "editionId": "5542754",
  "slug": "aaf-newyork-spring",

  "categories": ["Arts & Crafts"],
  "tagline": "The Affordable Art Fair New York is set to return for its third edition at the Starrett-Lehigh venue in New York, United States. This vibrant event will showcase a diverse collection of original contemporary...",

  "estimatedVisitors": null,
  "estimatedExhibitors": null,
  "position": 1,
  "scrapedAt": "2026-09-20T07:01:25.930Z"
}
FieldWhat it is
eventId, editionId10times' own ids. They do not change between runs, so they are your dedupe and diff keys.
startDate, endDate, dateTextMachine dates plus the site's own wording.
format, categoriesTrade show, conference or workshop, and the industry tags.
followers, ratingHow many people follow the event on 10times, and its rating there.
source, sourceInputWhether the row came from a listing page, an event URL or the sample, and which of your inputs produced it.
venueName, latitude, longitude, organizerName, organizerUrlFilled when you open each event page. organizerUrl is the organiser's 10times page, not their own website.
description, timings, entryFee, boothCost, frequency, coverImageUrlAlso from the event page.
exhibitorsCount, speakersCount, reviewsCount, ratingCount, estimatedVisitors, estimatedExhibitorsCounts and turnout estimates, again from the event page.

Not every event publishes all of them. A field the page does not carry comes back null rather than guessed, and the key stays in the row so your schema holds its shape.

🧾 Reading the output

RowHow to spot itCharged
An eventIt has no ok field at allyes
The sample row_sample: true and charged: falseno
A diagnosticok: false, _diagnostic: true and an errorCodeno

Start it with nothing filled in and you get the sample row, a real event, so you can see the shape before spending.

CodeWhat it means
NOT_FOUNDThat name did not resolve to a 10times page. Try the slug, or paste the URL.
BAD_URLA pasted link is not a 10times listing or event page.
BAD_INPUTNothing usable was given.
GUEST_QUOTAThe site started answering with a "log in to continue" card instead of results. See below.
NOT_AN_EVENT_PAGEThe link resolved, but it is an organiser or venue page rather than an event.
NO_RESULTSThe page was read and listed no events. A mistyped slug can land here too.
CLOUDFLARE, HTTP_<code>, NETWORKThe site answered with a protection page, an error or nothing at all. Run it again.

About GUEST_QUOTA. 10times only lets a signed-out visitor read so much in one sitting. A long run can reach that point, and when it does the remaining targets stop early with this row. Nothing is charged for it. Ask for fewer events, or split the job over several runs.

In the Console, the overview table has no errorCode column, so diagnostic rows look like blank lines there. Switch the table to the full view, which shows all 41 fields.

▶️ How to run it

1. Open 10Times Events Scraper and click Try for free. 2. Type cities, countries or industries into Cities, countries or industries. 3. Pick an Event format if you only want trade shows, conferences or workshops. 4. Set Maximum events, then click Start. 5. Download the dataset as JSON, CSV or Excel, or read it from the Apify API.

💰 How much does it cost?

$1.50 per 1,000 events. Flat on every Apify plan, no volume tiers.

You pay per event row delivered. The sample row and diagnostic rows are not billed, an event found under two targets is billed once, and opening each event page adds nothing to the price.

💡 What people use it for

  • Building a year's calendar for one industry, with dates and cities, to plan a stand or a trip.
  • Finding which trade shows in a country are big enough to matter, using the exhibitor and visitor

estimates.

  • Watching a city's event list on a schedule and diffing on eventId to catch new announcements.
  • Pulling organiser names across a category as the start of a sponsorship list.
  • Checking the rating and follower count on an event before paying for a booth.

🚧 What it does not do

  • No attendee, visitor or exhibitor contact details. Those sit behind a 10times login and this

never logs in.

  • No speaker or exhibitor lists. You get the counts, not the names.
  • No official event website. On 10times that button needs a sign-in, so organizerUrl is the

organiser's page on 10times instead.

  • Upcoming events only. Past editions are not on the listing pages.
  • No tickets, no registration, no booth booking.
  • About 100 to 120 events per target, whatever you set. The input accepts a much larger

Maximum events, but one run cannot reach it from a handful of targets. Add targets instead.

  • The format filter applies to names, not to pasted links. A link is fetched as given.
  • Rows are a snapshot. Dates and venues do move.

❓ Questions people ask

How do I get all trade shows in Germany? Put Germany in the search box and set the format to trade shows. That resolves to 10times.com/germany/tradeshows.

How do I get exhibitor counts? Switch on Open each event page. You get the number, not the list of companies.

Can I scrape a single event? Yes. Paste its link, for example https://10times.com/himtex, into 10times.com URLs. You get one fully detailed row.

Does it need a 10times account? No. It reads what a signed-out visitor sees.

How many events can one run return? Roughly 100 to 120 per target, so ten cities is about a thousand.

Is it stable enough to schedule? Yes. eventId and editionId come straight from 10times and do not change, so you can diff one run against the next.

Is this legal? These are public event listings. They name organisers rather than individuals, but treat any personal detail with the same care. Apify's write-up on scraping and the law is a good start, and we are not lawyers.

🆘 If something breaks

Open the Issues tab on the actor page. Send the target you searched for and the run ID. The errorCode and its hint on the diagnostic row usually name the problem.
